Black Butte Vacations is a family owned and operated Vacation rental company founded in the 1980’s alongside Ponderosa Properties.
Today Black Butte Vacations is stilled owned by the Dyer family. Kevin and Debbie Dyer took over operations in 2018, and in 2020 added their daughter in-law Kenndra to the team. Three central oregon natives, who have years of experience and knowledge of Central Oregon and all the wonders it has to offer.

Kevin has been a real estate broker for over 30 years, and part owner of Ponderosa Properties since its inception. He was born and raised in Camp Sherman, Or. A small commmunity just north of Sisters and is a true Sisters local.
Debbie Dyer

Debbie too has been in real estate and property management for over 30 years and currently manages 90+ long term rentals in Sisters, Bend, Redmond, and Camp Sherman. Debbie was born in Tillamook, Or and moved to Central Oregon in her early teenage years where she met Kevin.
Kenndra Dyer

Kenndra was born and raised in Bend, Or and has lived in Sisters since 2017. When Debbie offered her a position on the vacation rental team, Kenndra jumped at the opportunity! She is passionate about helping people learn about this beautiful place she calls home, and strives to make guests’ experience here one they will never forget.
