Located on the 15th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course, this home sleeps 12 and is great for 2-3 families to share.
Convenient to the Big Meadow Golf clubhouse and the North entry gate. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac it has a long gravel driveway and a single car garage. The Great Room has many windows overlooking the large deck and golf course, a stone fireplace, new Curved screen 55" HDTV, 4K Ultra HD 3D WIFI Built in Blue Ray player. Also a stereo player with a CD Player. There is also wireless internet in the house. A game table near the stairs seats 4. The dining area is between the living room and kitchen and the table will seat 8. A door off the great room opens onto the deck which runs the length of the house providing lots of lounging space and a spectacular golf view. There is a large, fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen adjoining the dining area. Downstairs are two bedrooms each with King beds with brand new 40" HDTV TVs and a full bath in between. BEAUTIFUL MASTER BATHROOM added to downstairs King Bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms one with two sets of bunks and one with one bunk and a King Bed and a bath with stall shower in between. One of the bunk rooms has a foosball table. The house was re-carpeted in 2007 and re-tiled. New heat pump and air conditioning. DURING THE OFF SEASON TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IS ALLOWED. 1,910 Sq Feet with Single Car Garage. A portion of the house is not available for tenant's use.

We enjoyed our stay overall very much.
Just a couple of things to call out: the step down to the dining/living area - we lined up chairs to keep from tripping up or down.
There was not a non-slip mat in the upstairs bathtub, so we used a towel.
Lastly the downstairs bathroom toilet didn’t appear clean when we arrived.
Other than that, we had a great time. It’s a lovely home in a good location.

Black Butte is a wonderful place for families. Gh194 can accommodate 12 so perfect for our 3 families. Great house, we’ll stocked on Big Meadow 15. Swimming, biking, golfing, horse riding provide hours of fun and the ability for each person to do what they like most.

Overall had a great week. 2nd year in a row staying here with family and friends. Deck is amazing and being right on the golf course is awesome. Easy location to bike to lodge pool. Carpets could use replacing, but otherwise house in good shape.

Our family has gathered at this home multiple times. We love the location right on the golf course, the large spacious bedrooms with king beds and a room with bunks for the kids. Our favorite part about this house is there is room to spread out yet be together. The two tiered deck means multiple things can be going on at once. The same for inside with 2 large tables. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Updated master bath is lovely. Just a great house for a group of 10. Our favorite by farGroup | stayed in 7/2020
