GM236 has a Master suite with a king bed, and beautiful master bathroom with a walk in shower, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bedroom, which share a bathroom, and upstairs you will find a loft bedroom with its own full bathroom.
Spend time with your family in the two living areas, or relax on the back deck and enjoy the beautiful back yard and National Forest Views.
This home is pet friendly.
There is a 7-night minimum stay in July & August.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

We loved this house in a quiet location, with everything you could need. Well- stocked with kitchen pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. Lots of space, big rooms. Furniture and appliances are not new, not the latest, but very good quality built to last.
Hot tub either didn't work or we couldn't figure out how to turn on, and a maintenance person came eventually but they said they'd give us a discount to compensate. It was a great trip and we highly recommend.
This home is outstanding! Spacious. Fabulously stocked. It is waaaay at the top of BBR by the upper golf course, but, perfect for our family. We love feeling more secluded. We had two dinners with our extended family of 35...didn't even feel the many areas to hang out!! So thankful Kendall took the extra time and found this property for us!!! We will absolutely be back!!!
