Three-level home with hot tub sleeps up to 10 and is conveniently located near Glaze Meadow Recreation area with sport shop, pool and tennis courts.
On the ground floor is the living area which features a central block-style fireplace, a wide selection of books, TV with HD cable/sound bar/DVD player and a stereo with CD cassette. There is also wireless internet throughout the house. The dining area seats 6-8 (a table leaf is in the hall closet). A sliding glass door opens onto a partially shielded deck with gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, and there is a folding table and chairs if additional seating is required. The bedroom downstairs has a King bed, a full bath with shower, and TV with cable and a DVD/VCR player. A sliding glass door accesses the back deck and hot tub. A half bathroom is in the hall. On the second floor are two bedrooms; one with a Queen and one with two twins. A full bath and laundry area are in the hall. On the third level is the loft which has two sets of bunks and a small play area. Garage has space for all of your gear.

This home rents from Saturday - Saturday.
7 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING JULY AND AUGUST

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

Great home for a family vacation

"We are repeat renters of Ranch House 2. The home is great for families with kids. The set up of one king, one queen and 2 twins plus a newly redone bunk room with 4 beds is perfect for our family of 10. The location is an easy walk and even closer bike ride to the Glaze Meadow pool. Air Conditioning in the house make it comfortable even during hot periods.

Great Black Butte Rental

"My family has stayed in RH2 for a number of years. We like it's location close to the Glaze Meadow Rec Center. And the many updates to the home like the kitchen and master bedroom remodel and new air conditioning makes it even a better experience.

Very comfortable home near Glaze Meadow pool

"Home has 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room for the kids. Newly added air conditioning makes the home super comfortable should the temperatures rise. We had the family of 9 here and never felt crowded. Very close to the glaze meadow pool so the little ones can walk or bike. Nice forest views from deck make it a lovely place to read a book or have a glass of wine.

"This is a relatively spacious house with a hot tub that is close to the indoor pool at BBR and lots of bike paths. Needs some updating, but otherwise a good stay!

"This rental was described to sleep 10. It should be 6. The stairs to the 4 beds are not up to code, too steep and DANgEROUS for children and adults. When asked, Ponderosa Properties said “we know about it and the owner is going to remodel.” We arrived on a Sunday. There were no instructions or book for the internet, key to the hot tub or changing the thermostat. When we called ponderosa Properties, they said “you know it’s the Sunday after Christmas?” N Ct we found wood in the garage but no axe to split the wood. All Pond we osa Properties did was say “sorry,” despite charging maximum fees for a holiday rental.

"Our family stayed in RH 2 for several years before it was remodeled. It's even better now. The updated master suite and kitchen are especially nice. The staff at Black Butte Vacation Rentals were great to work with. We will definitely stay there again.

"We have stayed here before and it has always been a great experience. Great location for the Glaze Meadow Rec. Center as well as bike paths. The home fits our family of 7 and has most things we need for our stay. The Hot tub is a bonus. We would recommend this property to others.

Great house!

"This was such a great house! We have rented many other homes at BB, and the layout of this one perfectly fit our family. The kitchen has been updated and was a dream to cook in, as it was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, and we loved the hot tub! The 3rd floor bunk room was the only drawback, as beds seemed very firm, and no bathroom on that floor. Luckily, we didn’t need to use them. We will definitely rent this house again!
