This Northwest style home features four bedrooms and three full baths. This home sleeps 11 and is a great option for a large family or two families staying together.
The large vaulted ceilings provide an open lodge feeling, blending into the light and bright open kitchen. The living area has a large flat screen TV, poker table and fireplace, and it also offers a speaker system throughout the home. There is a large indoor dining area where the dining table seats six and the bar at the island seats four. Downstairs you will also find a large laundry/mud room, with a laundry shoot, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower. Upstairs is the Master Suite with a luxurious jacuzzi tub, and tiled shower. There is a Queen bedroom, the bunk room, which has three single bunk beds and one double bunk, and a room with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower, and a childrens loft area with toys, movies and games. Enjoy a view of the golf course from the large deck with a gas BBQ and hot tub, there is also a horseshoe pit for your use.

7 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING JULY AND AUGUST

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

"My family enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We appreciated the kitchen especially as it was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even pantry items. The hot tub was an extra bonus! It is well located. We highly recommend this home.

"Our family of 8 spent 6 nights at this lovely home in Black Butte. Plenty of room for all of us, and a great use of space. Clean, well-equipped (although the kitchen could use a few more towels), comfortable. It's on the far south-side of the resort, very close to the golf course.

I would recommend, though, that the property management company NOT text at 6:00 in the morning.

"The home itself was nice, but when we arrived there was a step ladder left in the middle of the living room and some drain clog remover on the front steps. The upstairs guest bathroom leaked and the shower was plugged. We called the manager and she sent a plumber over right away (thank you).

"We loved staying in this house. The set up was comfortable for all and every amenity we needed was there. I especially appreciated how well appointed the kitchen is. Everything needed was present. Loved all of the activities that black butte ranch had to offer. Loved biking, golfing, pickle ball, swimming and more! The hardest part was it was a cold June! But the fireplace and hot tub helped to warm us up.

"This house was a dream! The house was clean, plenty of light, lots of kitchen utensils, cookware, plenty of towels and sheets - fully stocked! We even were able to use a blender for our morning smoothies! Very quiet neighborhood! They also had several toys for the kids to use (and kid dishes!!!). We had an awesome stay! The staff were so attentive to all our questions, even before arrival! There was a small issue at booking and the staff immediately reached out to me with a perfect solution. We can’t wait to book again!

Great House for a Family

"We had a great time in this house. Plenty of space and comfortably slept our family. Hot tub worked great. Would benefit from more lighting near the hot tub when getting in and out at night for safety. Entertainment system was great with smart TV to use streaming services and surround sound system sounds good for movies or music. House was very clean and in great condition. Some of the light switch locations are confusing. Light over dining room table is located on the kitchen island with dimmer switch. Light for master bath vanity is located outside the bathroom door. Took us awhile to find those. Overall, a relatively pricey option compared to other Black Butte rentals, but large house and hot tub adds value for a family. Would recommend and stay again. Black Butte Vacations, Kenndra specifically, was wonderful to work with as we had some scheduling issues arise on short notice and they were very flexible and thoughtful in our interaction. Thanks!

"House is beautiful and was clean. Lightbulbs didn't work in various lamps and each tissue holder had about 2 tissues left with no back-up. The little things you expect when paying almost $780/night.
