This 3 story cabin-style home sleeps 12 and is located near the Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex.
The wood interior is well lit by the many windows throughout. A modern kitchen provides ease for meal preparation. The dining area seats 8 and there is also a small table in the kitchen with 4 stools. The recently updated kitchen is large and fully equipped. The living room has a wood stove providing cozy comfort. A door opens out to a deck in the back with Gas BBQ. On the ground floor is a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks and there is a bath with a stall shower in the hall. Wireless internet throughout the house. On the second level is a loft with TV, VCR and DVD, a game table and a Queen sized Murphy Bed. There are two bedrooms in addition on this floor, each with a queen. One room has a door leading out onto a small private balcony. A large bathroom with stall shower and claw-foot tub and laundry area accommodate this floor. A third level has a queen bed and a nice view out the large picture window and a powder room. All Ponderosa Properties homes include cable, laundry with washer, dryer, detergent, iron and board; decks with seating and propane grill. All paper goods, soaps, linens and towels (please bring your own pool towels). Each home is privately owned and personally furnished by the owners. Please do not take dishes, bedding or other items to any other house.

This home rents from Friday - Friday.
7 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING JULY AND AUGUST

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

"The house was well appointed. I really appreciated the fact that they had bikes and pool towels for us to use! The kitchen was newly remodeled and had everything you needed and more. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc. It would be nice to have an ac unit in the bunk room. We would definitely stay at the tower house again!

"Tower House is not new and the layout is a little funky, but the owners and management have thought of everything. It was extremely well equipped, supplied, and cleaned: there was even a bouquet of flowers. We broke an item, and management's main concern was that no one was hurt. I've never worked with better management. The location was close to Glaze, but quiet. This is our second stay, and I would be happy to come back. One note: it would be nice if the garage door was more secure.

"This house is well situated and you can tell it has been a family home for years. It could use minor updates and changes that would make a world of difference (bathroom window covering, new pans, a larger washer/dryer, and a lock even if not locked on the garage/storage). Also, no ac in the bunk room.
