Come stay at South Meadow 57 in Black Butte Ranch.

This large home is a great option for large family get togethers. It offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and living room, and tons of outdoor deck space. It is also dog-friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry family members at home. (Limit two dogs, with an additional $100 fee)

On the first floor of the home is the kitchen, living and laundry room, you will also find the master suite, with an attached bathroom, as well as guest bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom.

The second floor offers three bedrooms, the first includes three twin beds, the next two twin beds and finally a bedroom with a King bed. There is also one shared bathroom.

The lowest floor of the home has been converted into a game room, with a pool table and couches. There is also another bedroom, with a king bed and bathroom.

SM57 is located in between the South Meadow Pool and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.
